Turkmenistan’s Turkmengas State Concern has opened a tender for design and turnkey construction of a gas chemical plant for the production of polyvinyl acetate in Dazhoguz region on the basis of direct investments with the terms of production sharing.
The potential bidders are invited to: to submit a written application about the desire to participate in the tender with the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration and details in a closed and sealed envelope with covering letter.
The bidders also should get acquainted with the Law of Turkmenistan on Hydrocarbon Resources; obtain from the Department of Foreign Economic Relations of the Turkmengas SC the terms of reference, the main terms of the contract and the necessary information for filing an application.
Tender offers are accepted withing 30 days.
