The State Housing Construction Agency of Azerbaijan (MIDA LLC) has announced a tender for the construction of an off-site and on-site communications network (power supply and water disposal) in multi-apartment residential buildings on a 1.5-hectare plot located on Academician Zarifa Aliyeva Street in Lankaran city, as well as for vertical planning territory, roads and sidewalks and landscaping.
The tender will be held in one lot.
The cost of participation in tender amounts to 1,000 manats ($588).
Those wishing to take part in the request for proposals must submit the necessary documents by 15:00 (GMT + 4) on December 29, 2021, and their proposals - by 15:00 (GMT + 4) on January 11, 2022.
The opening of tender packages will take place on January 12, 2022, at 15:00 (GMT + 4).
