The branch of Balakhani Operating Company has announced an open tender in Azerbaijan to buy pumps and pipes, Trend reports with reference to the tender commission.
The tender is carried out in two lots.
Lot-1: Purchase of "Sucker rods and compressor pipes" by the branch of Balakhani Operating Company:
1. Pump and compressor pipe (60 mm, 180 tons)
2. Pump and compressor pipe (48 mm, 60 tons)
3. Sucker rod (19 mm, 25,000 pcs)
Lot-2: Purchase of "Subsurface pumps" by the branch of Balakhani Operating Company:
1. Subsurface pump (32 mm, 2,000 pcs)
2. Subsurface pump (43 mm, 300 pcs)
3. Subsurface pump (44 mm, 800 pcs)
4. Subsurface pump (56 mm, 600 pcs)
Bidders should submit their bids in a sealed and signed envelope.
While evaluating the bids, preference will be given to the quality of the goods, the lowest price, the most favorable tender proposal according to the criteria indicated in the main conditions. Bidders must have the necessary financial and technical capabilities to implement the contract.
Those wishing to participate in the tender can receive a list of main conditions after transferring the fee in the amount of 500 manat ($294) for each lot to the account of the Balakhani Operating Company’s branch.

To participate in the tender, applicants must submit the following documents:
- application for participation in the tender (the application must be sealed and signed, the name, address, postal code, phone numbers, first and last name of the head of the enterprise must be indicated);
- bank document confirming the payment of the tender participation fee (original);
- tender proposal (must be valid for at least 30 banking days from the date of the tender procedure);
- a bank guarantee in the amount of 1 percent of the price of the tender proposal (valid for at least 60 banking days from the date of the tender procedure) must be submitted with the tender proposal.
A tender proposal of a bidder who has not put a bank guarantee in a tender envelope is considered invalid and is excluded from the tender;
- zero debt certificate from the relevant structures in the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- an extract from the bank on the financial condition of the bidder for the last year (in case of a shorter period, for the entire period of activity);
- Full name, legal status, charter, certificate, country of registration and bank details of the applicant (certified copy in 2021);
- information about the possibility of free and unlimited use of the property;
- certificates of origin and conformity for the relevant goods.
The documents required from the bidders must be submitted by 17:00 (GMT+4) December 10, 2021, while the tender proposal (original and copy) in a sealed envelope till 11:00 (GMT+4) December 14, 2021, at the following address: Seyid Huseyn street, Sabunchi settlement, Baku, AZ 1034, Azerbaijan.
The official representatives of bidders may also be present.
The envelopes sent after the specified deadline will be returned unopened.
The envelopes on the first and second lots will be opened on December 15, 2021, at 11:00 (GMT+4) in the conference hall of the branch of Balakhani Operating Company at the abovementioned address.
