By Rashid Shirinov – Trend:
The aviation authorities of Kazakhstan and Spain have held talks in Madrid on air communication between the countries, Trend reports via Kazakh media.
As a result of the negotiations, Talgat Lastaev, Chairman of the Civil Aviation Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of Kazakhstan, signed the relevant intergovernmental document, which creates a legal framework for direct regular flights between Kazakhstan and Spain.
The designated airlines of both sides were entitled to operate 7 regular passenger and combined flights, as well as 7 regular cargo flights per week.
At the same time, these airlines are given the right to conclude codeshare agreements between themselves and third-country airlines.
It should be noted that the Civil Aviation Committee of Kazakhstan is constantly working to expand the transport accessibility of Kazakhstan and, in particular, of its capital, Nur-Sultan.
