Passenger traffic at Tbilisi International Airport down by 14%

Tbilisi International Airport of Georgia served 397,045 passengers in August 2019, which is 14 percent less compared to the same period last year, Trend reports citing the Georgian Airport Association.

At the same time, this airport in January-August 2019 served 2,651,918 passengers, which is 3 percent more compared to January-August 2018.

In August 2019, Batumi International Airport served 96,474 passengers, which is 20 percent less compared to the same period last year.

At the same time, in January-August 2019, this airport served 444,310 passengers, which is 5 percent more compared to January-August 2018.

In August 2019, Kutaisi International Airport served 88,138 passengers, which is 22 percent more compared to the same period last year.

This airport in January-August 2019 served 538,234 passengers, which is 41 percent more compared to January-August 2018.

The airports of Mestia and Ambrolauri in January-August 2019 served only 6,361 passengers, which is 16 percent more than in the same period last year.
