Within the framework of the 40th Assembly of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), the Georgian delegation met with representatives of the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority (QCAA), Trend reports via the Georgian Civil Aviation Agency.
At the meeting, the parties discussed the growing dynamics of air traffic between the two countries, as well as prospects for deepening cooperation in various directions.
It was noted that the corporation between the two countries is based on the “free trade agreement”.
Given this, the aviation authorities expressed hope that in the future the number of airlines, between the two destinations, will increase. Qatar Airways currently operates scheduled flights between Georgia and Qatar.
