Russian KAMAZ public joint-stock company has delivered a batch of KAMAZ-6520 cars to Turkmenistan, Trend reports with reference to official website of the KAMAZ company.
Representatives of Turkmenavtoellary State Agency participated in the handover of the vehicles. As reported, Turkmenistan will use these cars on construction sites in the capital and regions of the country.
Turkmenistan is one of the stable markets for Russian KAMAZ products. Special equipment purchased from this company is used in various sectors of Turkmenistan.
According to the decree of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, which was signed in 2019, KAMAZ company will deliver almost 2,000 vehicles of various modifications to ministries and state agencies of Turkmenistan. The company has already sent 181 dump tracks from the beginning of 2020.
KAMAZ training and service center with an area of more than 5,000 square meters was opened in Ashgabat in July 2008. This center conduct courses on the KAMAZ vehicles operation, repair and maintenance.
KAMAZ company is the largest automobile corporation in the Russian Federation and one of the world's top 20 heavy-duty truck producers. It ranks 16th by production volumes of heavy-duty trucks with GVW exceeding 16 tonnes. Production capacity is 71 thousand vehicles a year. KAMAZ comprises 109 organizations based in Russia and other foreign countries.
