By Elchin Mehdiyev – Trend:

The car prices did not increase in the Azerbaijani domestic market over the past month, Azerbaijani expert on property issues Ramil Osmanli told Trend on Nov. 30.

“All public attention has been focused on the war due to the martial law in the country since late September, as a result of which transactions related to the purchase and sale have sharply decreased in the car market,” Osmanli said.

"Today we cannot talk about big dynamic changes in the car market,” the expert said. “Slight activity has been observed since the middle of this month. However, this activity has not yet affected the pricing in the market."

The expert stressed that a relative decrease in car prices worth more than 70,000-80,000 manat ($41,176-47,058) within 2-3 percent was observed compared to the previous trends.

"This is primarily connected with low interest in expensive cars,” Osmanli said.
