The number of passengers transported through Iranian airports domestically increased by 6 percent, during the first seven months of the current Iranian year (March 21 through October 22, 2021), compared to the same period last Iranian year, which was reflected in the statistics of Iran Airports and Air Navigation Company (IAC), Trend reports.
According to the statistics, 14.4 million passengers were transported through Iranian airports in 7 months. Meanwhile, in the same period last Iranian year, the figure stood at about 13.6 million.
