BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 1. The volume of cargo transported through Iranian airports increased by 66 percent, during the first three months of the current Iranian year (March 21 through June 21, 2022), compared to the same period last Iranian year, as was reflected in the statistics of Iran Airports and Air Navigation Company (IAC), Trend reports.
In total, more than 82,700 tons of cargo were transported through Iranian airports during 3 months, according to the statistics.
Meanwhile, in the same period of last Iranian year, the figure stood at over 52,500 tons.
