BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 25. The number of international flights (passenger planes only) through Iranian airports rose by 14.2 percent in the first eight months of the current Iranian year (March 21 through November 21, 2023), compared to the same period last year, Trend reports.
Data from Iran Airports and Air Navigation Company (IAC) shows that a total of 18,474 international flights were carried out from Iran’s airports over 8 months.
In the same period as the previous year, the number of international flights from Iran’s airports was 16,175.
