A 48-year-old fitter fell from a height of eight meters during construction and installation works on the newly built Shabyton Palace in Astana Jan. 12, the Kazakh Emergency Situations Ministry reported.
"Although the fitter who was working in the Security and Communication Service fell from a height of eight meters, he survived. He was hospitalized with injuries," the ministry said.
