First Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Serik Akhmetov has instructed the Ministry of Emergency Situations to study the construction of a central air base rescue station.
"Special attention should be paid to Rescue aviation services. We must raise the question of construction of a central air base for it. We must intensify efforts to increase the effectiveness of management in a crisis situation. Measures on fully equipping rescue services and issuing emergency warnings in all areas of the republic are needed," Mr Akhmetov said.
A need for timely implementation of all stages of the corporate system of governance and public notification was also stressed.
