Ardak Tengebayev has been appointed as Deputy Finance Minister of Kazakhstan, the ministry said.
"By a decree of the Kazakh Government dated Nov.7, 2012 № 1411, Ardak Tengebayev has been appointed as Deputy Finance Minister," the report says.
Tengebayev was born in 1971 in Turgay region. In 1993 he graduated from the Almaty Institute of National Economy in economics. In 2002 he graduated from the Kainar University as a lawyer.
From April 2010, he served as deputy chairman of the Tax Committee of the Kazakh Finance Ministry.
