Serik Nokin earlier served as a head of the Agency for Construction, Housing and Communal Services.
Serik Zhumangarin earlier worked at high positions in Industry and Trade Ministry and Economic Development and Trade Ministry.
Regional Development Ministry was established in Kazakhstan in January, 2013.
