Kazpost transformation program will cost about 150 million tenge (181,845 KZT / USD), the chairman of the board of the national company Bagdad Musin told reporters Oct.6 before the start of the Samruk-Kazyna transformation forum.
"We undergo consulting stage now, the results will soon be summed up," said the chairman of the board. "Consulting companies will be involved if necessary."
Musin also said that it is difficult to estimate now how much it would cost.
The program will involve projects on application of technology of hybrid mail, launch of the postmarket.kz portal, he said.
It means that the company becomes a full participant of the commerce market, Musin said.
It was decided to concentrate on the e-commerce market, since this market provides companies with additional work in terms of delivery of goods online, Musin said.
A competence center of 36 people engaged in the analysis of business processes has been established for the transformation, he said.
Musin said that the established team describes the processes, thinks about their further improvement, because many of the processes have not been reconsidered since the Soviet era.
