Kazakhstan’s President Nursultan Nazarbayev proposed an initiative to develop trilateral agreement between Kazakhstan, Poland and Russia on transport and usage of Caucasus transit corridor, the report on Kazakhstan President’s official website said.
At the Kazakh-Polish business forum in Warsaw, Nazarbayev noted the importance of usage of transit and transport potential of the two countries.
The forum was attended by over 400 representatives of Kazakh and Polish business circles. Expanding bilateral cooperation in investment and trade and economic spheres has been discussed during the forum.
Nursultan Nazarbayev said that Kazakhstan considers Poland as a reliable political and economic partner in the EU and expressed hope that the forum would open new perspectives for mutually beneficial partnership of the two countries’ business.
He also invited Polish business circles to actively participate in realization of state programs in Kazakhstan.
