Kazakhstan discloses agricultural production data for 10M2021

Kazakhstan’s National Economy Minister Aset Irgaliyev spoke about economic indicators in agriculture over the first ten months of 2021, Trend reports referring to the government.

“In the reporting period, agricultural production decreased by 2.3 percent. The lowest rates were recorded in Kostanay and Akmola regions,” Irgaliyev said at the government’s meeting.

According to him, the growth of production in this field was recorded in nine regions, of which Pavlodar and East Kazakhstan showed the best results.

“For all indicators, positive growth was noted in Almaty and Zhambyl regions, as well as in the cities of Nur-Sultan and Shymkent,” the minister further said. “For six indicators, growth was observed in Akmola, Aktobe, Atyrau, East Kazakhstan, Kostanay, Mangistau, Pavlodar and Turkestan regions, as well as the city of Almaty.”

“Besides, for five indicators, positive growth was observed in Kyzylorda and East Kazakhstan regions, while the lowest rates - in the Karaganda and West Kazakhstan regions,” concluded Irgaliyev.
