BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 13. Kazakhstan, directing exports along Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (TITR), will increase the loading of Aktau and Kuryk ports, Trend reports with reference to Kazakh media.

According to Kazakh media, this was ordered by Kazakh Prime Minister Alikhan Smailov.

Kazakhstan earlier, due to the situation in Ukraine, suggested using TITR transport route for delivery of goods as an alternative.

It is expected that transportation via TITR can grow 6 times or up to 3.2 million tons in 2022.

TITR runs from Chinese-Kazakh border through Kazakhstan, Caspian Sea, Azerbaijan and Georgia to Europe.
