BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 1. The Development Bank of Kazakhstan (DBK) plans to allocate 34 billion tenge ($74 million) to finance pre-export operations of domestic export-oriented enterprises by the end of this year, Trend reports on November 1 via DBK.

According to the DBK, the concessional money is envisaged to be allocated within the framework of the 'Nurly Zhol' ['Bright Path'] state program [of infrastructure development], as well as from direct borrowings of the bank from the capital markets, and the credit line can be opened before the end of this year.

“All exporting enterprises can apply for financing. The minimum loan amount is one billion tenge ($2.2 million), which can be used to purchase raw and other materials, as well as reimbursement of current expenses for the manufacturing of export products,” the bank explained.

Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC is a national development institution specializing in the financing and development of large-scale infrastructure and industrial facilities in Kazakhstan.
