BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 30. The international reserves of Kazakhstan amounted to $85.4 billion at the end of October 2022, Trend reports via Kazakh media outlets.

At the same time, the assets of the National Fund of Kazakhstan in foreign currency amounted to $52.4 billion.

International reserves of the National Bank of Kazakhstan for October 2022 increased by 1 percent, amounting to $33 billion.

Reserves in the foreign exchange part grew due to the inflow of client funds and funds of second-tier banks to foreign currency correspondent accounts with the National Bank. Partially, the increase in reserves was offset by the payment of external public debt and a decrease in gold prices.
