ASTANA, Kazakhstan, October 28. The volume of sales of KazMunayGas JSC's (national oil and gas company of Kazakhstan) own produced oil and gas condensate increased by 8.5 percent and amounted to 17.7 million tons, Trend reports.
According to KMG, 64.5 percent or 11.425 million tons of this volume was sent for export.
In addition, supplies to the domestic market of own produced oil and gas condensate to cover the needs of the domestic market amounted to 6.278 million tons, including supplies of crude oil from operating assets (Ozenmunaygas, Embamunaigas, Kazakhturkmunay and Urikhtau Operating) in the amount of 3.731 million tons to the Atyrau oil refinery plant, Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant and Shymkent Oil Refinery for further oil refining and sale of petroleum products.
KazMunayGas (KMG), Kazakhstan’s oil and gas company, increased its oil and gas condensate production volume over the first 9 months of 2023, surpassing the data of last year's same period by 9 percent. Thus, the production of oil and gas condensate amounted to 17.508 million tons (483,000 barrels per day).
The production volume of natural and associated gas in the reporting period of 2023 increased by 17.9 percent year-on-year to over 7 billion cubic meters.
