(Kazinform) - Representatives of leading industrial enterprises of North Kazakhstan oblast participated in business forum on production cooperation on September 16-20 in Kurgan, Russia, reports Trend.
This trip was organized by the oblast entrepreneurship and industry department and the oblast industry and trade chamber pursuant to the oblast program of industrial and innovation development and Agreement on Cooperation, signed by the oblast akim and Kurgan oblast government.
Its ultimate goal is to promote goods and services, tune up and enlarge inter-regional cooperation ties in applying production and technological capacities of partners, develop cooperation and search for investors.
Delegations of Omsk, Sverdlovskaya and Tumen oblasts participated in it too. There were held around 70 business meetings.
As stated there North Kazakhstan oblast's attendance was another step in widening Kazakh-Russian near-border collaboration.
