(KAZINFORM) - Today in Almaty within the framework of a special press conference Yerzhan Dosmukhamedov, member of entrepreneurs' council under President of Kazakhstan, and Jeff Sutton informed of activation of recently established Kazakhstani-Canadian Association of Entrepreneurs, reports Trend.
According to Mr. Sutton, currently the association comprises above 30 members, including Barrick Gold Big, Sky Canada, Ernst & Young, Wester Media companies, working in Kazakhstan, and Kazakh companies that have business contacts in Canada. The activity of the association is aimed at consolidation of Kazakhstani-Canadian commercial and investment ties; contribution to solution of economic, commercial and other issues, affecting the interests of Kazakhstani and Canadian business; exchange of experience, etc.
Every company or organization, interested in development of business relations between Canada and Kazakhstan, may become a member of the association.
