(gazeta.kz) - Nursultan Nazarbayev, President of Kazakhstan, has held a number of meetings as a part of his official visit to Great Britain, Kazakhstan Today reports citing the presidential press service, reports Trend.
In particular, Tuesday morning he met Queen Elizabeth II in Buckingham Palace. In the afternoon he met Prime Minister Tony Blair.
Also in the afternoon he met British finance minister Gordon Brown.
The bilateral relationship and international politics were discussed during the open and closed talks. The sides marked a high level of commercial, economic, political, cultural, humanitarian, and regional security co-operation.
