The Ministry of Natural Recourses in Kyrgyzstan is being accused of preventing the reforms in business state regulation system, 24.kg reported. The Ministry of Economic Regulation in the Kyrgyz Republic reports.
As noted, the Ministry of Natural Resources in the Kyrgyz Republic itself initiated and sent On industrial explosives new project for approval where it has decided to add to the already voluminous list of licenses and permits two types of permits: transit permission of explosive materials through the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic and admission certificate of a vehicle to their transportation. In addition the department has not submitted a bill to the examination of interdepartmental commission on the reform of business regulation.
Eventually the Ministry of Economic Regulation in the Kyrgyz Republic concludes that such actions from the Ministry of Natural Resources of Kyrgyzstan will certainly prevent the state regulation of entrepreneur activity reform holding and create some barriers for entrepreneur objects economic activity holding.
