Almazbek Atambaev will resume his work as the Prime Minister upon announcement of the official voting results, CA-NEWS reported according to Atambaev's campaign office.
Atambaev suspended performance of his duties until announcement of the results of the presidential elections.
"This was in September. Hence, he will resume his work as the Prime Minister after the official results of the elections are announced. He will work as the Prime Minister until inauguration of the President," Atambaev's campaign office said.
The Central Election Commission should announce the results of the elections no later than 20 days after the day of vote.
