Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev has signed Constitutional Law On the Government of the Kirghiz Republic adopted by the Parliament of the Republic on May 10, the presidential press service said on Wednesday.

Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambaev has signed Constitutional Law On the Government of the Kirghiz Republic adopted by the Parliament of the Republic on May 10, the presidential press service said on Wednesday.

Constitutional Law On the Government of the Kirghiz Republic defines the organization and functioning of government in accordance with the Constitution.

The constitutional law in general, aimed at bringing government regulations into conformity with the Constitution. Thus, the constitutional law regulates the procedure for formation of the
government, its structure, composition, program, appointment and dismissal of the prime minister, deputy prime ministers, cabinet members, their limitations, responsibility, accountability, resignation from office and the addition of their individual authority members of the government and the government itself.

This Constitutional Law shall enter into force from the date of publication.
