Russian company Gazprom is ready to pay $13 million for Kyrgyz gas debt to Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyzgaz's General Director, Turgunbek Kulmurzayev said on Tuesday, CA-News reported.
He added that Gazprom paid all local debts by buying the company's property.
The process of debt payment will last till July, 2015.
Currently, Kyrgyzgaz's debt amounts to 717 million soms (approx. $14,747,894.13 based on official rate of 1 KGS/0.0205689 USD).
