Deputy Minister of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic Eldar Abakirov told that the topic of the round table will be the issue of raising education in the sector of light industry, staff turnover, etc.
“We have 14 vocational colleges, which train about 400 specialists in the field of light industry, about 250 technologists, engineers, designers, and fashion designers graduate from universities. In addition, we have 70 vocational lyceums, from which about 4 thousand specialists graduated. In addition, there will be a round table on access to finance. On November 14, we will discuss improving the competitiveness and quality of goods. As you know, due to the fall of the ruble and tenge, revenues have decreased, so we will discuss the search for new markets,” he said.
Abakirov added that on November 15, the topic of government support for the sector of light industry will be discussed.
“On November 16 a forum will be held with the participation of the Prime Minister, where the results will be summed up. After that, certain items will be included in the government's work plan,” he added.
At the end of the week there will be a fashion show, where young designers will have the opportunity demonstrate their work.
