Money transfers from Russia to Kyrgyzstan in March 2022 amounted to $139.6 million, which is a decrease of 23.3 percent, compared to $182.1 million in February 2022
Remittances are the most important source of financing and growth for the economy of Kyrgyzstan, and Russia is their main source.
Russia ranks first among the countries with the largest remittances to Kyrgyzstan in March 2022.
Overall, the total value of money transfers to Kyrgyzstan in March 2022 amounted to $153.4 million, which is a decrease of 18.2 percent, compared to $187.6 million in February 2022.
