BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 23. According to Bakalchuk, the company is currently exploring the option of constructing a sizable logistics center in the Chuy region in the northern part of the country.

"We are in talks to identify approximately 20 hectares of land where we aim to develop a center covering an area of 100-150 thousand square meters. With an estimated investment of around 8 billion rubles ($94.6 million) per 100 thousand square meters, this project is expected to generate around 5-6 thousand job openings," Bakalchuk said.

The press service of Wildberries previously told Trend that the online platform is actively fostering collaborations with small businesses in the CIS countries. This initiative allows local entrepreneurs to enter the online market, introduce new brands, and sell their products across all the countries where the company operates.

The E-COMKG 2023 International Forum in Bishkek showcases more than 100 exhibition displays, featuring manufacturers from the light industry, consumer goods originating from Kyrgyzstan, as well as representatives from logistics and other e-commerce-related companies.
