According to the Ministry of Agriculture of Kyrgyzstan, the leasing of agricultural machinery and equipment to farmers is currently facilitated through the Aiyl Bank state enterprise at preferential conditions, with an annual interest rate of 6-9 percent, and a repayment period ranging from 7 to 10 years.

This initiative, which began in 2011, aims to provide timely and high-quality mechanized services to Kyrgyz farmers, fostering leasing development.
