An earthquake was recorded in Tajikistan on Monday morning, Avesta reported with reference to the Geophysical Service of the Sciences Academy of Tajikistan.
According to the source in Geophysical Service, the earthquake took place at 06:07 a.m. local time.
The epicenter was in Afghanistan, 260 kilometers to the south-east of the Tajik city of Dushanbe.
According to the preliminary data, tremors measuring 4 points on the Richter scale was recorded in the epicenter and 2-3 points in Dushanbe.
