BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 20. Epsilon Development Company LLC obtained an inflow of hydrocarbons, following the workover of well No.1 of Yangiarik field in the Kashkadarya region of Uzbekistan, Trend reports citing the company's statement.
The production rate of the well amounted to 8 tons of oil per day.
All work is carried out in accordance with sanitary-epidemiological and environmental requirements.
On January 11, 2019, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan awarded licenses to Epsilon to explore oil and gas deposits in five investment blocks under resolution No 19. It should be noted that one of the blocks was Kultak – Kumashi investment block on which the Yangi Arik-1 field is located.
Epsilon Development Company LLC was established in 2018. The company is an independent oil and gas exploration, development, and production company operating in Uzbekistan.
