Turkmen president appoints ambassadors to Latvia and Hungary

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhammadov signed decrees appointing ambassadors to Latvia and Hungary, an official Turkmen source said on Saturday.
The document says that the Turkmen Ambassador to Germany (Berlin) Berdimyrat Recebov was also appointed as the country's ambassador to Latvia.
According to another decree, Turkmen ambassador to Austria (Vienna) Silapberdi Nurberdiyev was also appointed as the country's ambassador to Hungary.
In addition, by Turkmen president's decision Orazmuhammet Charyev was appointed as Consul General of Turkmenistan to Turkey (Istanbul).
