The MTS Turkmenistan Company announces an open tender for proposals for installation work (cellular communication equipment) to create facilities for an MTS-Turkmenistan radio subsystem in 2013.
Proposals will be accepted as from the announcement's publication date until 17:00 local time February 6, 2013.
The organiser will stop accepting offers at 17.00pm local time. Proposals received later than the above mentioned deadline will be rejected by the organiser without consideration, regardless of the cause of delay.
Detailed information on conditions and the procedure for a public call for proposals is listed in the procurement documentation which is an integral part of this notice and can be obtained from the organisers.
