The MTS Turkmenistan, a branch of the Russian mobile operator MTS, made an announcement Oct. 13 about the extension of an open request for proposals.
The request's subject is the right for concluding a contract on supplying the equipment for optimization of the Internet traffic.
Proposals will be accepted from the date of publication of this announcement until October 22, 2014, 17:00 (local time).
The organizer will stop accepting the proposals at 17:00 (local time).
The proposals received later than the abovementioned deadline will be rejected by the organizer without review, regardless of the cause of delay.
Detailed information on the terms and procedures for the request of proposals is included into the purchase documentation.
The procedure's organizer is the Department of Procurement and Logistics of the MTS Turkmenistan.
