Palestine’s President Mahmoud Abbas is scheduled to be on a visit in Turkmenistan November 13-15, the Turkmen government said in a message Nov. 12.
Palestine and Turkmenistan are slated to sign documents on strengthening and expansion of cooperation following a meeting between Abbas and the Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
Priority areas of bilateral relations will be discussed in the upcoming high-level negotiations between Turkmenistan and Palestine in Ashgabat, said the Turkmen state news agency Dovlet Habarlary in its commentary.
Diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and Palestine were established in 1992.
