Turkmen Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov and Ambassador of Palestine Muhammad Abdullah Tarshahani discussed intensifying the bilateral cooperation between the two countries in political, trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian spheres, the Turkmen foreign ministry said in a message Dec. 20.
According to the message, the role of political consultations was stressed during the meeting.
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas paid an official visit to Turkmenistan on November 13-15. Bilateral documents were signed following his talks in Turkmenistan.
