The Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries (TCOR) has announced a tender for the modernization of the automated oil and oil products accounting system with a single supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system, as well as the supply of spare parts for the existing system at the Kenar enterprise for the storage and shipment of oil products.
In order to participate in the tender, it is necessary to indicate the full name of the participant, legal status, country of registration, details and contact numbers, obtain a technical assignment and receive a package of tender documents by paying $1,725.
Tender bids should be sent to the following address: Balkan province, Turkmenbashi city, Turkmenistan. The bids will be accepted until August 17, 2017.
