The Khazar Consortium, consisting of Turkmenneft, the Turkmen oil state concern, and the Mitro International Limited, has announced a tender to purchase demulsifier for the preparation of commercial oil.
The consortium operates as part of the production sharing agreement on the Khazar contract area (Eastern Cheleken field) in the Balkan district of Turkmenistan.
The bids are accepted until Oct. 29, 2017.
