The Turkmen Ministry of Communications has announced a request for expressions of interest in rendering consulting services for the preparation of the design of the telecommunications network development project and its support.
The consulting services will be financed by the Islamic Development Bank (IDB).
The services include detailed design of the project, terms of reference for suppliers, tender documentation and holding international competitive bidding at the preparation stage of the project.
At the project’s implementation stage, the services include coordination and control of construction, procurement, installation, as well as commissioning of equipment.
