BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 29. The Bagaja liquefied gas production complex of the Turkmengas State Concern located in the Lebap region in the east of Turkmenistan exceeded the plan for LNG manufacturing from January through August 2022, Trend reports with reference to Jeyhun News.
During the reporting period, the complex manufactured about 9,600 tons of LNG, exceeding the production plan by 7 percent.
In general, the Lebap production department of the Turkmengas State Concern manufactured 80,000 tons of LNG in the first 8 months of this year, 12.5 percent of which falls on the Bagaja complex.
Almost all the liquefied gas produced in the eastern region, that is, about 78,000 tons, was exported abroad.
Turkmenistan pays great attention to the creation of oil and gas processing plants, as well as the export of energy resources to world markets.
