BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 5. Turkmenistan is considered a country with one of the lowest prices for diesel fuel as of October 3, 2022, Trend reports with reference to the Global Petrol Prices (GPP) portal.
According to the portal, the cost of diesel fuel in Turkmenistan is $0.38 per liter.
At the same time, the cheapest diesel fuel is in Iran ($0.01 per liter) and the most expensive in Hong Kong ($2.68 per liter). In addition to Iran, the top 10 countries with the cheapest diesel fuel included Turkmenistan, Venezuela, Libya, Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Angola, Kuwait, Egypt and Ecuador.
Monaco, Germany, Denmark, Finland, UK, Norway, Iceland, Switzerland, Sweden and Hong Kong are among the top ten countries with the most expensive diesel fuel.
Furthermore, diesel fuel prices in countries are due to different types of fuel taxes and subsidies.
