BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 2. Afghan entrepreneurs purchased diesel fuel during trading on December 1 at the State Commodity and Raw Material Exchange of Turkmenistan, Trend reports citing Orient news.
Businessmen from Afghanistan purchased 12,500 tons of hydrotreated diesel fuel on the exchange at a price of $931.25 per ton. The total amount of the transaction was $11.6 million.
The diesel fuel sent for export was produced at the enterprises of the Turkmennebit State Concern.
The State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan was established on July 29, 1994. It is the most important body of state regulation of export-import operations.
