BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 12. Afghan entrepreneurs purchased diesel fuel during trading on December 8 at the State Commodity and Raw Material Exchange of Turkmenistan, Trend reports citing Orient news.
Businessmen from Afghanistan purchased 4,000 tons of hydrotreated diesel fuel on the exchange at a price of $872,5 per ton. The total value of transactions reached $3.4 million.
At the same time, according to the exchange, on the same day, Afghan entrepreneurs purchased 10,000 tons of portland cement of Turkmen production for a total of $400,000.
The State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan was established on July 29, 1994. It is the most important body of state regulation of export-import operations.
