BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 26. Uzbekistan has sent more than 100 40-foot containers to Azerbaijan via the Turkmenbashi International Seaport, Trend reports with reference to the press service of the Turkmen State Service of Maritime and River Transportation.
According to the information, the containers loaded with auto parts were intended for the Azerbaijani Azermash OJSC.
Spare parts used in the automotive industry were shipped by UzAvto Motors JSC, and the cargo transportation itself was carried out by Transport and Logistics Center of Turkmenistan OJSC.
Meanwhile, Merchant Marine Fleet CJSC of Turkmenistan launched the Balkan vessel to carry out feeder container transportation on the Turkmenbashi - Baku - Turkmenbashi route from January 2023.
