According to the information, the cost of diesel fuel in Turkmenistan is $0.38 per liter.
The country with the cheapest diesel fuel in the world is Iran ($0.01 per liter), and the most expensive - Hong Kong ($2.66 per liter).
In addition to Iran and Turkmenistan, the top 10 countries with the cheapest diesel fuel included Venezuela, Libya, Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Angola, Kuwait, Egypt, and Ecuador.
The top 10 countries with the most expensive diesel fuel included France, Greece, Central African Republic, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Monaco, Syria, and Iceland.
Furthermore, diesel fuel prices in countries are due to different types of fuel taxes and subsidies.
