ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, August 26. Turkmenistan's state budget revenues exceeded the initial forecast by 13 percent during the period from January through July 2023, Trend reports.
This was announced by Deputy Chairman of the Government of Turkmenistan Hojamyrat Geldimyradov at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers held on August 25, 2023.
According to him, during the specified period, the expenditure part of the state budget was executed by 97.9 percent, and the volume of capital investments disbursed from all sources of financing increased by 27.6 percent compared to the first seven months of 2022.
During the meeting, the results of the government's efforts in the economic sphere for the first 7 months of this year were evaluated, draft documents were also reviewed, and priority tasks related to the socio-economic development of the country were discussed.
